We want everyone to love their item, and in the unlikely event you do not, please follow the instructions below.
DOMESTIC ORDERS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject line return within 1 week of receiving your order to initiate a return or an exchange. Please be sure to include your order number with your inquiry. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Refunds will not be issued if products show any signs of usage and are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card. Orders received as gifts are eligible for store credit only.

Products kept past 1 week from delivery
Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund for Domestic orders.
Upon request for Domestic Orders, we can provide a return shipping label via email. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. We are not able to provide return shipping labels for International Orders. For guaranteed delivery, please be sure to add a tracking number to the shipment. Incoming customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
Customs & Duties for International Orders:
Please note that we do not charge tax on international orders. Thus, we are not responsible for any inbound or outbound customs or duties taxes on orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
To ensure delivery, we ship all packages with a tracking number and signature confirmation. To avoid mishap, always ship packages to a secure address and have someone available to sign for your package. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered and signed. For lost packages, please kindly file a claim with the appropriate postal service.
All our products come with a warranty for 1 year for any craftsmanship defects. Please keep your original receipt to verify your purchase order. If you encounter any defects outside of normal wear and tear with the craftsmanship of any product, please send us a note at email@example.com using the subject line defect and we will be happy to be of assistance.
Please note normal wear and tear include but not limited to scratch or scuff marks on the leather, headwear and semi-precious stone which can occur during normal use and or not storing your bag or tag properly.
